What is IKI?

IKI is a lifestyle of relaxation cultivated from combining breathing stretch exercises and original music, Breathing Music, composed by Kai Sakamoto. Research has shown that by doing these exercises and listening to Breathing Music, both have an effect of regulating our breathing to a slow, deep breathing pattern, which in turn has an effect of calming our emotional state.

Through the IKI lifestyle, our hope is to introduce an easily accessible method of improving your breathing and mental health.
